We understand that sometimes schedules change. As a courtesy to our stylists we ask if you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time. All cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount. "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others.
